Pitching Shackles

Description

This quick releasing Pitching Shackle is suspended from a crane or excavator and is used to place trench sheets within an excavation. The sheet is held in place by use of a spring loaded pin that sits within the lifting hole in the trench sheet. Once the sheet is aligned in the excavation, the pin is released from the ground level using a rope attached to the mechanism. These are available in varying sizes depending on the weight of the trench sheet.
